Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept full returns. Please contact us if you are unhappy with your veil, and we will work hard to make it right.
When will I get my veil?
We will work quickly to bring your bridal vision to life. Our veils are handcrafted within the USA and made to order. On average from order to delivery we can create your veil in 4 weeks. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Your veil will arrive with USPS in our special Pink Room Veils packaging.

What color should I choose for my veil?
The color of your veil matters on the color of your dress. Don't worry about having an exact match, the veil color is meant to compliment your dress. Most veils will look good if the veil is one shade darker than your dress, as to not overpower it. A safe choice that matches a majority of dress is light ivory.
